MODEZ GROUP, LLC · MODEZ CONSTRUCTION
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This notice describes the current website and quote-request preview. Analytics, advertising, embedded maps, videos, scheduling and HubSpot CRM integrations are not connected. We will update this notice and request any necessary fresh consent before adding them.
1. Who is responsible
Modez Group, LLC, headquartered in Katy, Texas, is the responsible business for this Modez Construction website. Modez Construction is one of the Modez family of brands. For website privacy inquiries, contact info@modezconstruction.com or write to 13004 Murphy Road, Suite 230, Stafford, TX 77477, United States.
This notice covers this website. Other Modez brands and external websites may have their own notices. A link to another brand does not automatically transfer your quote-request details to it.
2. Information and purposes
- Quote-request details: name, email, project type, project ZIP code, description, optional budget and, when you request a call, phone number and optional preferred time. The current form prepares a summary in your browser; it does not automatically submit or save this information to a server or CRM.
- Messages you choose to send: if you open your email application and send the prepared message, Modez receives that message and its sender information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the project. Your email provider also processes it under its own terms.
- Connection information: delivering a website involves technical information such as IP address, browser and request details. The hosting platform may process connection and security information for delivery and protection. Its account and security services are separate from the optional services described below.
Please do not include payment card information, government identification, medical information, passwords or other sensitive personal information in a project description.
3. Optional services and your choices
The site currently has no active Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, embedded map, video, booking or HubSpot CRM integration. Images and fonts are served with the website; loading a page does not request fonts from Google.
Planned services are grouped as analytics (Google Analytics), marketing (Meta Pixel) and external content (maps, videos and scheduling). Their providers, data flows and retention settings must be configured and disclosed before activation. If optional services are added, any required permission will be requested before activation. Reading the site and preparing a quote request do not depend on optional services.
Cookie preference controls are not currently available on this site. No optional analytics or marketing technologies are active. See the Cookie Policy.
4. Grounds for processing
Where a law requires a legal basis, responding to an inquiry may involve steps you request before entering a contract; essential site operation and security may involve legitimate interests, subject to applicable rights and balancing requirements. Future optional tracking or external-content technologies would require consent where applicable. Legal obligations may require retaining certain records. An inquiry does not sign you up for marketing or authorize sales calls or messages unrelated to your request.
5. Recipients and international processing
Information you send may be handled by authorized Modez personnel and service providers involved in hosting, email and responding to your inquiry, and disclosed when lawfully required. The current website contains no advertising or cross-site tracking integration and does not sell or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising through such tools.
Modez is based in the United States. Sending an inquiry to Modez may result in processing there. Providers may process information in other locations. Any production integration must be reviewed for appropriate contracts and international-transfer safeguards where required.
6. Retention
Unsent form entries remain in the page while it is open; this application does not save them in browser storage or a server database. Your browser may separately offer autofill or session restoration.
For a message you actually send, retention depends on responding to the inquiry, any resulting project, legal duties and legitimate dispute or security needs. Request information about applicable retention or deletion through the contact above. Hosting and email providers may retain technical records under their own arrangements. A documented business retention schedule and provider-specific periods must be finalized before automated collection is launched.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. These rights can have lawful exceptions.
Email info@modezconstruction.com with the subject “Privacy request” and describe your request. No account or purchase is required. Do not send sensitive identity documents with the initial message. Reasonable verification may be needed for access or deletion. Authorized agents may contact us, subject to applicable verification requirements.
If a request is denied and your applicable law provides an appeal, reply with “Privacy appeal” and the reason you seek review. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority, including the Texas Attorney General, California Privacy Protection Agency, a European supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner, as applicable. Required response periods and non-discrimination protections under applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Children, security and updates
The website is intended for adults arranging construction services and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. No online system can guarantee absolute security; avoid sending sensitive information through an ordinary inquiry. We will date changes to this notice and request any required consent before enabling optional services or materially changing their purposes or providers.
