Our approach

We are working toward an accessible website and use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing reference. This is not a certification or a claim that every criterion has been independently verified.

Features included

• Semantic headings, descriptive image alternatives and a skip-to-content link.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, forms and before-and-after comparisons.
• Visible focus indicators, labeled form fields and browser-assisted validation.
• Responsive layouts and support for browser text enlargement.
• Reduced-motion preferences that disable decorative scroll animation.
• Optional tracking is not required to access the content or prepare an inquiry.

Known limits

Illustrative images cannot communicate all spatial details. The quote form currently relies on an external email application to send a request. Future maps, videos, calendars and other embedded tools may have separate accessibility limitations and must be assessed before launch. Formal assistive-technology and full WCAG conformance reviews remain to be completed.

Email info@modezconstruction.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the page, what you were trying to do, the barrier and your preferred way to receive a reply. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful but optional. Do not send medical information.

If the form or comparison is difficult to use, contact us directly to discuss your project. We will use reported issues to prioritize improvements.
