This website presents Modez Construction, a brand in the Modez Group, LLC family, and information about residential, commercial and specialized construction. Use it lawfully and without interfering with its security or another person’s access.

Project inquiries are not contracts

Website content, budget ranges and inquiry summaries are general information, not binding offers, estimates or guarantees. Sending an inquiry does not create a construction contract, reserve a construction slot, confirm a call or authorize work. Scope, pricing, timing, payments, permits, insurance and any warranty must be set out in the applicable written agreement.

The current quote-request form is a preview. It prepares a summary and can open your email app. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send that message. A preferred appointment time is subject to confirmation.

Images and project information

The current design includes illustrative and AI-generated architectural images, including before-and-after design studies. They show possible design directions and are not representations of completed Modez projects, specific customers or guaranteed results. Final materials, design, availability and suitability depend on the project.

Your submissions

Provide information you are authorized to share. Do not include confidential third-party plans, unnecessary sensitive personal information, unlawful content or malicious files. Sharing an inquiry permits its use for responding to that inquiry; it does not transfer ownership of your plans or enroll you in unrelated marketing.

Content and links

Modez branding and website materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view and use the site to consider its services. Other uses may require the rights holder’s permission. External links, including other Modez brands, are provided for convenience and may have separate privacy notices and terms.

Accuracy, availability and legal rights

Information may change or contain errors. Confirm project-specific details with Modez before relying on them. Website access may be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or limits a consumer, privacy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No construction warranty is created by website wording alone.
